The AI Roster Planner scores absence risk for every operator and every shift. It uses rolling 30-day attendance history, position in the DDNNOO pattern, leave codes and community or festival calendars.

• Validated: AUC-ROC of 0.8668 on its home terminal, and the same 0.8668 on a second terminal.
• Respects approvals: a confirmed, approved leave always overrides the model.
• Learns from rejected leave: operators whose leave was rejected go absent 24.8% of the time, against a 5.3% baseline, a 4.6× uplift the model is tuned to catch.

Geofenced Employee Attendance Software
